Terms & Conditions

• The Company provides professional packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking services.
• Services are rendered based on the agreed quotation and service contract.

• Ensure accurate disclosure of items to be packed and moved.
• Declare fragile, high-value, or hazardous items in advance.
• Provide access to premises at agreed times for packing and pickup.
• Settle payments as per the agreed terms before or upon delivery.

• The Company offers basic transit risk coverage for goods against loss or damage due to accidents, fire, theft, or natural calamities during transportation.
• Coverage is limited to the declared value of goods and subject to terms of the insurance policy.
• Customers may opt for additional insurance coverage at extra cost for enhanced protection.
• Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting documentation and evidence of damage.

The Company is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damages or wear and tear.
• Losses due to improper packing by the customer.
• Delay caused by traffic, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Items of extraordinary value (cash, jewellery, documents, antiques) unless specifically declared and insured.

• Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue.
• Advance payment may be required before commencement of services.
• Balance payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.

• Cancellation must be notified at least 48 hours before scheduled service.
• Cancellation charges may apply depending on notice period and expenses incurred.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve revised charges.

• Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
• If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the city where the Company is registered.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
